We ship to virtually all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you.
Shipping Costs
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on your order and is not negotiable. It includes the cost of shipping, handling and packaging.We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address. The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. In such cases we shall inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order or transaction.
Shipping Availability Date
Items are generally e-ng.com out within three (3) business days after your payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded).
We ship from Santa Clara, CA via USPS. The shipment usually takes 2-7 business days. We ship from our warehouse in Hamberg to customers in Europe, and from warehouse in China to all almost each country in the world.
One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.
Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your order is e-ng.com out. We are not responsible for lost package after the package is delivered. Please track your package online to arrange pickup if necessary.
